Description: Trajan was an Roman Emperor. He ruled between 98-116. He fought against Decebal the king of Dacians. As Trajan defeated Decebal in 106 the Romans colonised Dacia and so Romanians and Romanian language were born. In order to celebrate the Dacian Wars victory the Trajan’s Column was errected in Rome. The monument depicts accurate scenes from Dacians lives and from the wars.
